Prior to making his foray into field as a builder and Developer Siraj Ahamed acquired specialist credentials in business management and banking while serving at Grindlays Bank, Qatar.

On his return to India, Siraj Ahamed ventured into the field of real estate in 1986 to cater to the housing needs in Mangalore Within a short time, he established a firm identity in the minds of people he chose to serve.
